Medium bodied, dry white made from grapes grown in the Wairau and Awatere Valleys, sub-zones of Marlborough with a warmer and colder microclimate respectively.

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Grapes crushed and destemmed prior to pressing and fermentation. Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics in this wine.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus and freshly cut grass. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with floral notes and a light creaminess. A wine with a lot of personality, suitable for serving with seafood, chicken and Asian cuisine. Best served from 2025 to 2027.
