Refreshing medium-bodied white made from organically grown grapes from the Le Devèze district, about 30 km NW of Perpignan. Limestone-schist soils. Manual harvest and certified Biodynamic cultivation. 13% vol.

Grape Variety: Tradtiional Roussillon blend of white & grey Grenache, Macabeo and Vermentino.

Winemaking: Whole cluster fermented in stainless steel vats using natural yeasts, without the addition of wine making inputs or sulphur.

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles.
