Elegant, medium-bodied dry white made from grapes grown in the Agter-Paarl region on shale soils. Dry farmed part on trellis & part on low yielding bush vines. Manually harvested. Certified for integrity & sustainability.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with reductive methods and aged for three months on its fine lees.
Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2024 to 2028.
