Elegant, medium-bodied dry white made from grapes grown in the Agter-Paarl region on shale soils. Dry farmed part on trellis & part on low yielding bush vines. Manually harvested. Certified for integrity & sustainability. 13.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with reductive methods and aged for three months on its fine lees.

Awards: Gilbert & Gaillard: Gold Medal. Hong Kong Wine & Spirits: Silver Medal.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2021 to 2024.

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles with twist-cap closures.
