Light and slightly sweet sparkler made from grapes grown in the rolling hills of Langhe. 5% vol.

Grape Variety: Muscat 100%

Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation made in autoclave (Charmat method).

Tasting Notes: Pale straw. Fruity sparkling white with delicious aroma of honey and apples, typical of the Muscat grape. Smooth and easy drinking, with just enough acidity to compensate its sweetness. Ideal with savory starters. Only 15,000 bottles produced. 132 gr. residual sugar/liter. Best enjoyed through end of 2023.
