Made from 35 year-old vines grown on limestone & Kimmeridgian clay from the best 1º cru of the appellation. 13% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Ageing: Vinified in stainless steel and aged 12 months on its fine lees.

Tasting Notes: Pale lemon yellow. Complex aroma of lemons, violets & crushed stone, with a saline element. Rich and mouth-filling but still very elegant with a long and persistant finish. A fabulous wine to cellar for a few years. Best enjoyed: 2021 to 2030.
