Medium bodied, dry white made from grapes grown in the Waihopai Valley, a sub-zone of Marlborough with a microclimate colder and drier than the rest of the appellation. Organically farmed with BioGro certification.

Appellation: Marlborough

Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Harvested and vinified by parcel, principally in stainless steel tanks, with a small share fermented in French oak.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus and freshly cut grass. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with floral notes and a light creaminess. A wine with a lot of personality, suitable for serving with seafood, chicken and Asian cuisine. Best served from 2022 to 2025.

Presentation: Cardboard boxes of 6 bottles with twist-cap closures.
