Rich and full-bodied dry red made from grapes grown in various parcels around the Clare Valley. A classic example of South Australian Shiraz. 14.5% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Syrah

Winemaking: Fermented spontaneously with only native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. Neither fined nor filtered before bottling.

Awards: Mundus Vini: Gold Medal. Halliday: 5 stars.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2021 to 2024.
