Medium-bodied dry white made from three parcels of vines located in front of the 1º cru Vaillons appellation, just east of the village of Chablis. Limestone & Kimmeridgian clay soils. Certified organic cultivation. 12.5% vol.

Appellation: Chablis Primer Cru

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 12 to 16 months on its fine lees. Six months additional ageing in French oak barrels.

Awards: Revue du Vin de France: 92 points.

Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2027.
