Grape Variety: 100% Savagnin
Winemaking: Fermentation with only native yeasts in used French oak barrels, usually 8 to 12 years old. Aged for 16 months on its fine lees, without movement or racking. The barrels are refilled periodically so the ageing is not oxidative. A wine made with minimum intervention, without chapilization or fining.
Tasting Notes: Best enjoyed: 2023 to 2026.
