Peter Pharos (Tim Atkin): "Complex, enchanting nose with bitter almonds, hazelnuts, maple syrup, and a hint of quince. A gorgeous texture, which starts thick and viscous, and then slowly gives way to a tingling citrus fruit. The whole is framed in an intense sweetness, reminiscent of brown sugar syrup, infused with cinnamon and all spice"
