Dry, medium bodied white made from 100 to 120 year-old vines grown on sandy, volcanic soils. The classic and most representative dry wine of Santorini and one of the best known whites of Greece. 13.5% vol.

Winemaking: Made entirely in stainless steel with only native yeasts.
Awards: Decanter Magazine: Gold Medal & 96 points.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow, crystal clear. Fresh aroma of citrus fruits and minerals, with a distinctive flavour and bracing acidity. Long and very dry, this is one of the most minerally white wines on the market... not for the faint-hearted! Ideal with seafood salads, octopus or shellfish that has been simply cooked. Best enjoyed: through 2025
