Half-dry, aromatic white made from organically-grown grapes from the Herrenweg vineyard, near the village of Turkheim. Old vines on gravelly & sandy clay soils. Hand harvested. Biodynamic agriculture with Demeter certificaction. 13% vol.

Grape Variety: 100% Gewürztraminer

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with only native yeasts.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow color. Attractive aroma of roses, tropical fruit and spice. Round and fruity, with a nice acidity that is not always found in this grape variety. Pair with Asian salads and other slighty spicy or aromatic dishes. Best enjoyed: 2021 a 2024.
