Dry & aromatic medium-bodied white made from grapes grown in the Schlossberg Grand Cru vineyard, located on the Kientzheim hill. Soils composed of weathered crystalline scree and coarse sandy clay. Hand-harvested, biodynamic agriculture, with Demeter certification. 13% vol.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with only native yeasts.

Awards: Wine Enthusiast: 92 points.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour. Aroma of ripe red apples and jasmine. Ripe fruit flavour and a refreshing acidity. Long, clean with a slight minerally note. Ideal served with fried whitebait, Spanish cured ham or salty, aged cheeses. Best enjoyed: 2022 a 2025.
