Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: Cultivation, fermentation and blending under the supervision of Lenz M. Moser (chief winemaker of Chateau Changyu Moser XV). The aging takes place in 7 different French oak barrels (medium toast, most of them second and third use) in the 'chais' of the castle for 18 months. Bottled at the Chateau in March 2023.
