Dry, medium-bodied rosé from the heart of Provence in southern France. 13º vol.

Grape Variety: 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault & 20% Syrah.

Awards: Mundus Vini: Gold Medal. Gilbert & Gaillard: Gold Medal.

Tasting Notes: Very pale salmon color. Fresh aroma of rasberries & red forest fruits. Dry & elegant with notes of ripe apples & citrus fruit. Ideal with grilled fish, white meats, curry dishes and Asian food. Best enjoyed: through spring of 2024
