WHO ARE MUNDIDRINKS?
Adam Perkal, born 47 years ago in California, lives and works since 1995 on the island of Majorca. After several years as a member of the Faculty of Economics of UCLA, he spent more than a decade working in the world of international banking. Interested in wine since his youth - as a collector, connoisseur and wine lover - he decided 6 years ago to create his own company, Mundidrinks, to devote himself to his true vocation: business and wine. He lives with his wife Sylvia and 9 year old daughter Lily in the Majorcan countryside, alongside his 4 dogs and one cat. In fact, the names given to two of his dogs clearly reflect Adam's love for the product of the grape: the large dog is named Mouton (Rothschild) and the youngest sausage dog is called Barolo. Aside from wine, his other hobbies include cooking, philately, gardening and golf. He has currently taken over the full management of the company, which he combines with his wine and food combining courses in Palma and the course he is giving in the Hotel Schoel of Bilbao on New World Wines.

Peter Ostrovsky, co-founder of Mundidrinks, was born 38 years ago in Paris. Of a Russian-Swedish background and French, Spanish (Economics at ICADE - Madrid) and American education (MBA in Finance from Boston), this cosmopolitan Majorcan lives in Alarķ (Majorca) with his wife Victoria and twin daughters. Peter's fate and that of sparkling wines crossed paths for the first time when he attended university courses in Reims, capital of the Champagne region. He took heed of that first encounter with bubbly, following an interesting professional career across various industries, upon deciding to create Mundrinks with Adam. At present he is devoted dull-time to other business enterprises.
